THE PAWTWILL NOTEBOOK
How custom works
Start with a little idea
You might want a name on a familiar style, a particular shade of green, or something you have never seen in a shop. Our planned custom service starts with what you want to express, rather than asking you to fit every idea into a fixed set of styles.
The service is still being developed. Custom requests, quotes and orders are not open yet; the steps below explain the process we are working toward.
-
Find your starting point
Browse an official concept or describe something of your own. Words are enough to start a conversation. A reference could help explain a color, shape or detail, but creating an AI image would not be a requirement.
-
Explore what matters most
Think about which details make the idea yours. Is it the name, the color combination, the silhouette or an occasion? Knowing what matters most helps distinguish essential details from things that could change.
-
Review the real garment
An image is a conversation starter, not a production specification. Measurements, materials, fastenings and construction would need separate review. Some ideas may need adaptation, and not every visual detail will be suitable or possible to make.
-
Agree before an order proceeds
The agreed design, price, delivery estimate and applicable order terms would need to be clear before proceeding. An AI concept alone would not confirm a price, reserve a production slot or guarantee fit.
What can you do today?
Explore the concepts and read our fit and comfort guide. If a particular idea came from a shopping problem, we would like to hear what you wanted and what existing choices were missing.
Share a question or experience. A contact message is feedback or a general inquiry, not an accepted custom order or confirmed quote.
